My roommate and I randomly had the discussion of who our favorite teams were, in order. It's actually pretty tough to rank teams that you all love! I'm sure this topic has been done before, but I figure it would be interesting to see how people feel regarding their "favorites".

Spent my Undergrad years at UNC (and still live in area and work for UNC), so can't help but be my favorites.
Childhood home was in Greenville (ECU), so have always supported the home team
Life-long Cowboy fan thanks to Roger Staubach and Tom Landry
Panthers came into existence, so despite Cowboy being my favorite NFL team, gotta support the "Home State" squad also.
Honorable Mention:
Kinston Indians (Carolina League-Minor League Baseball). Used to travel with friends over to Kinston during the summer months to watch many baseball games and drink $1 beers--lots of fun memories.

No college teams. I went to a DIII school in Boston and never liked Boston College. I usually pull for good mid majors in college basketball and I'm such a big college football fan that I watch every important game without any rooting interest.
