Grading opinion please on 70t ryan, 73 schmidt

Are those rubberband marks on the Seaver?

thanks guys for the thoughts. that is an edge issue on the seaver and i never thought about it, but it could very well be from a rubber band.

rubber band indentation is for grading basically like a ding - should be a 6 at best.

I think that's right about the wrinkle especially considering that the OP stated "I picked these up cheaply raw"...I'm amending my grading opinion to:

Ryan - 5 - (6.5 w/o wrinkle in bottom as pointed out by Scott)


Schmidt - 4.5 - in addition to the wear and the wrinkle that Scott pointed out, it looks like there is another wrinkle to the right of ASchmidt's head.


Seaver - 5 - o/c l/r and the rubberband mark.

no wrinkle on the ryan, must be in the scanner or the card saver.
oh, and not wrinkles on the schmidt, but the lower right corner is dinged.

Looking at the cards, they're wrinkles... I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so...
