New coin website is live!

RYKRYK Posts: 35,800 ✭✭✭✭✭
I have decided to do a new website. As a hobby, I plan to do it myself. (Jeremy, stop laughing.)

I registered two domain names:

www.dirtygoldcoins.com

and

www.blackandgoldcoins.com

Yahtzee! Dirtygold.com is a dirty site...and yet there are pictures of coins on it...
Positive BST transactions with: too many names to list! 36 at last count.

How can you go wrong with a name like blackandgoldcoins.com? Sounds great! image

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

You know we're all going to check it out. You could have at least provided a link to it image

It is a good thing I checked out dirtygold.com at home. If I had done it at work, The Man would have sacked me!

I have this new computer with very nifty web designing software. It's a good excuse to take it for a spin.

You'll have fun setting up the site. Good Luck!

That was his true design....he really wasn't going to start his own website, just wanted an excuse to put the dirtygold.com website out there for people to look at and get sacked over...that RYK is pretty sneaky!

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Sorry, I like the intro page to the other dirtygold site better.....I'd never make it to typing yours in when that one has that pic image

According to the latest news, neither of them did anything wrong. Guess it will be for Ben's NEXT time.

This is really cool. It's inspiring to see you follow this passion for DOG. I will add this one to my favorites.

  • Excellent job done with your site so far!

Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm, creativity, knowledge and coin pictures.

IMO the world is better off with every new coin site: educating the world on history and money as it flows throughout our society.

The food was absolutely spectacular. I had the antipasto appetizer, and then a delightful grilled Italian sea bass, which was flown in from the Adriatic Sea that very day. Dessert included a ricotta cheesecake with blueberry sauce. Additionally, The Man ordered incredible wines throughout the evening (four different ones). Longacre ordered a vintage port from 1983 to cap off the meal. image

Oh yea, regarding the website, it is great. I love the pictures and the slide show feature!

Are fish required to carry passports and visas? What if it was really a German sea bass pretending to be Italian?
