The IHCs I've seen in 5 do not have contact marks like yours does. TPGs are very tough on IHCs with contact marks on the Indian's face or neck. They'll let a contact mark or two slide on the ONE CENT, but usually not on the obverse if its an MS 65. I think your coin got a grade bump because of its very eye-appealing color.

The toning is unusual but attractive and it appears to be a solid 65 from the images.
