Which Set Do You Think Is Harder To Put Together?

A complete set of Buffalo nickels in PO-1 or
A complete set of Buffalo nickels in MS67?
(PCGS Plastic of course)
The reason why I thought of this is well, it's almost 3am.
And also, the date is one of the first things to go on a well worn Buffalo - which would make it quite difficult to slab PO-1 coins for this series.

According to the pop reports only one Type 2 PO-1 is certified (there are about 2 or 3? - Type 1 certified PO-1 which is understandable with the easy diagnostics). I really have no idea how they were able to determine that Type 2 PO-1 though. With my experience the last digit in the date is the last to go, so I could understand if it was a '19 since no other Buffalo ends in a 9 in a determining factor, but it's actually a 20-S that is the lone pop 1. Dateless or near dateless Buffaloes are in abundance so to make PO-1s I believe could be possible with the masses to look through - but would be VERY time consuming and boring IMO
But on the other side, there are 26 dates/mm not certified in MS 67 according to my rough count. I agree with illini420 that a lot of the 67's would have to be made buying raw, which would also be very difficult since not many dealers IMO would let a 67 go uncertified with the huge price jump between a 66 to a 67 when it comes to Buffaloes. I guess another possibility would be to cherry MS66 slabs getting the best looking one possible hoping for an upgrade to 67.
