There are too many posts on the new PCGS stuff to wade through it all. So this has probably been asked, but if PCGS gets a raw coin to grade, and the laser scanner says it is in the system as such and such cert #, will it automatically be removed from the population reports?
Also on crack/resubmits, same thing, scanner says it has been graded, will PCGS attempt to regrade it? Meaning is it still worthwhile to resubmit for a higher grade?
