1) Free Photos of every coin you submit (ok, increase the grading fees by $2 a coin to cover it, well worth it)

2) More information (like ANACS has) as to where your order is in the process...ie. Opened, Grading, 2nd pass Grading, Variety Attribution, Encapsulating, Finalizing, Shipping, etc.

Hi,

Whatever it was going to be I didn't expect it to be free or nearly so. From a business point of view, one could assume it would create revenue foremost.
