D.R. #3: 1868 3CS - PCGS PR65

This is the third in my string of coin Drought Relief purchases (which include this one and this one).
This coin was obtained through Bill Shamhart. I absolutely love this little jewel. I'm pretty sure it would CAC (what do you guys think?). I don't see a single hairline on the surface. There is a small lint mark and very tiny "pitting" (which I think is mint-made) at the top obverse that is only seen under magnification. The black spot is on the holder.
