Last Speculation on the "Big One"

I haven't gone through the 1000+ thread yet (too much time!) although I tried to keep up for the 1st three hundred or so.....
My best uneducated guess/speculation (I'm sure that this idea has been thrashed over in the 1000+ posts).......The big one: Two grades per coin, technical and market. Technical is the basis of the current grade on all PCGS graded coins, market will be some modifier added to all new coins submitted.
Probably not correct, but might as well make a guess.
