cool looking
I will predict not market acceptable - that bright baby blue and couple areas that are splotchy are suspect
from pic I would say around 63-64 although I can not tell how much luster and how clean (looks scruffy on cheek and neck)
the reverse strike looks too weak to go GEM

Luster is all there and the neck / cheek is fairly clean. Color photos never go good with luster.

Why would you want to have it grade? It's a common widget and the cost of grading
far outpaces the value added.

Not a good AT job
Pretty obvious if you look at the AT toning pattern
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
