If it's on the obverse of the slab send it back and have them re holder it reverse side up. MJ

Dave Berry a very funny man said "“I care about our young people, and I wish them great success, because they are our Hope for the Future, and some day, when my generation retires, they will have to pay us trillions of dollars in social security”.
Please leave BNB alone he is just looking at his future and trying to raise enough to do his fair share.
1. Buy some Windex 2. Spray it on the fingerprint that is on the slab 3. Use a soft cloth to wipe the Windex off of the slab 4. The fingerprint should now be gone.
come on you guys. People on Collectors Universe are so simple minded. I ask a simple question and no one will answer me! How do I get rid of that fingerprint on the slab? The coin cost me $12,000, and I'm on a tight budget, three months behind on my rent, power turned off yesterday, so you see I can't just sell this coin and buy another one. I need to find a way to get the best enjoyment from this one.
We all make mistakes. God knows virtually every slab I purchased when I started had fingerprints. But remember there are many other slabs without fingerprints on them. Sell the slab you have and buy another you can live with.
Seriously, never use acetone on a slab. It will melt the plastic and ruin the slab. Most of you already know this so this post is for the newer collectors.

It should be instantly destroyed ? Go buy a used military flame thrower and some nice 91 octane gasoline ? Throw the slab in the gasoline (along with any cats you might be unlucky enough to have around), then blast it with the flame thrower? Send the remains (holder, not the cats) to whatever company made the holder and ask for an upgrade? (Sell the cat dust as seasoning for So. Carolina ribs?)

Google BNB Analtyics and there is a lot out there that would make me very wary of this person....much of it from his own mouth/writings so I will judge that because it is from the direct source.

it makes the plastic cloudy
<< <i>Send it in for reholdering of course. Or you could try cleaning it off. >>
I don't want to get it reholdered because the slab has some great transparency, and the new slab might not be as good.
Also, if I try to clean it off, the plastic may drop in value and that will just be another big dilemma.

I've been looking for about 36 hours straight on ebay and have yet to find one.
I'm beginning to think that I may have invested in the wrong slab, and in the end I may lose money on it.
What's a guy to do in this situation?

Point of order Mr. Chairman: it is not called seasoning, grill masters call it RUB.
I decided that the best thing to do would be to put it in the BST without telling anyone about the fingerprint.
Within a few minutes I sold the slab and now it is no longer my problem.
P.S. If the buyer sees the print, should I tell him that I tried to clean it or will that take away from its value.
