Some of you guys seem more proud of the sticker than the coin. Very, very strange.

I don't think you can, in any way say that a coin will CAC GOLD, until it actually gets the GOLD. Even suggesting that a coin will get the green bean is a shot in the dark. CAC has their standards, standards that are unlike the grading service standards.
I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.

This baby would get GOLD everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.

I know this is a stretch but follow me here. I sent this in last year for regrade. It was in a PR63RD holder. It came back PR64RD. I since sent to CAC and it now has a green bean. Logically, it would have had a gold bean if I sent it in last year in the old holder. I know, it's not the same but ....

Question I have is, does the Green Bean make you feel any better about your coin???

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!
I won this coin on Ebay about ten yrs ago. It was in an ANACS 55 holder. Didn't meet the reserve. A day later the seller emails me and says I was high bidder and would I like to buy the coin at my bid (don't remember exactly but less than $300). I said yes!
Sold it a cpl years ago for a little shy of $2K. Now it's what? a $3K coin??
Edit to add: That's a very accurate image Craig! Who shot it? you?

Bushmaster8: I believe that the image was on the internet when I bought the coin. (Wish I could image my collection like this!) Currently, Barbers are very quiet, but difficult to find so value is in the eye of the "(be)holder".
