Is this silver round anything special?

I was talking with my mom today and the topic made it's way to silver. She said she had a bunch of silver dollars that her dad gave her. So I went and looked to see what she had. She had a couple morgans and several ASE's(including the rare 1986imageimage ) image but I had never seen this before. I took some quick pictures just in case. I'm assuming that it's just a silver round and nothing special but it never hurts to ask.

That round is nice, never seen before but I have seen the International Trade Units though but not with that type of reverse or obverse. If you ebayed it, you'll get a little bit above spot.

PS. I think the company that makes the International Trade Unit rounds makes private rounds for all sorts of various places, never seen your California Crown Mint version but I believe the CCM is responsible for some old pour kit kat silver bars? not sure as I stopped collecting for a while now. Maybe agblox can chime in and let me know.
