2010 lincoln... was this a damaged planchet before striking?

i found this while looking through a couple of rolls. any ideas?

    No. It is a strike through during the strike.

    I would guess a strike through. I found one when I looked through a roll also.

    Is it the lighting or what but it looks like the "B" in "Liberty" has the top missing....

    its the lighting, the B is complete.
