I have seen the same coin picture used to sell twice already by the same seller and now it is on E-bay again.I seriously doubt the seller ever had the 1874 Trade $ that is pictured. It appears to be a proof and it sold onceherefor $202.50 and then 2 days laterherefor $330.55 andnowfor $999 buy it now.He actually had it listed twice at the same time. What surprises me is that people were bidding on the item.He has not gotten any feedback from the other 2 transaction yet so I would assume the buyers are still waiting for the steal of a deal they gotimageI e-mailed the seller and asked them if they were selling the same coin 3 times.

With a fb of only 5, even if he sold it previously, PayPal would "put his funds on hold" until pos fb is given or 20 or more days.

It's possible the different photos of the 1874 used are lifted from other auctions and that these are "stock photos" for a lazy seller.

are the photos used of real or potentially fake coins???

but it won't prevent the buyer from being shafted if the buyer is not aware of 1) counterfeits and 2) means for recourse if they are unhappy.

I think the 42,000+ residence of Lompoc would not take to kindly at your statement. Yes, a Federal Penitentiary is located outside of Lompoc.

If you dont trust the auction then don't bid and move on. Why screw around with this seller, suppose he's legit. Too many Ebay police on this forum.
