Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Speaking of bullets, The CMP finally received a ship full of that Greek HXP 30-06 and has it for sale at the link.
<< <i>An EMP attack is probabaly more likely. Don't need to to invest, just need to be prepared. Food and bullets would be more valueable then silver or gold in any of these scenarios. MJ >>
Actually the ability to be 100% mobile will be the greatest asset in a doomsday scenario. How much food, and how many rounds of ammo do you think you could carry? I can carry $100,000 worth of gold in my pockets without a soul even knowing it!

I think when you are mobile and pushing your shopping cart along the interstate---------- squirrels for food will be bought for about ten bullets each and an ounce of gold will buy twenty bullets or two squirrels or one rabbit...............MJ

I would imagine that the Rodent population would increase under a situation like this. They could possibly be had for less
than 10 bullets.

Actually as they would be become food in short order their numbers would diminish quickly......I will let you set the prices

I wonder?....Is there a future business in Rodent harvesting?
as well as canned goods. Perhaps a good supply of
books to read until the radioactivity outside ,goes
down a bit. As for bacteriological warfare, stop
bathing and brushing your teeth and the bad germs
wont want to come anywhere near you.

They would never think of attacking our currency, would they?
I knew it would happen.
Kameo- preparing in case of a hurricane, tornado or flood is pretty much the same as preparing for a EMP attack. I'm sure you have plenty of fresh water on hand already, as well as food, flashlights, cash, pm's, medication etc...........You do don't you? I remember when the east coast grid went down for seven days when I lived in Brooklyn. From Toronto to Detroit to NY people died because of the grid failure. Most died from not being prepared. All of this occured over a course of JUST days. The effects of a well placed EMP attack could last for years. Being prepared is not tantamount to paranoia. Living in a cocoon just won't cut it. JMHO.
If anyone is further interested on EMP's read, One Second After
