New feedback system for buyers on ebay ?

I either give or recieve feedback at least once a day so was surprised to see a change in it today.I dont know if its permenent but as a buyer i was taken to a page where i rated several aspects out of 10 on the seller and theres also a lengthy message box to leave anything else a buyer might feel like adding.
It smacked of a report card kind of thing , after that it took me to the usual feedback method , none of what was in the other form is visable , it seems its for ebays use only.

    I had that happen a couple of weeks ago. When I hit "leave feedback" I was taken to a page with a lot more questions and when I finished that it went to the regular feedback page. Not sure if it is a beta test or the real reason but the questions seemed to apply to the auction and weren't too intrusive so I didn't mind filling them out.

    Happened to me about 3-4 weeks ago, quite aggravating as you couldn't leave FB without answering multiple questions.

    Happened to me once about 5 month ago. eBay must be taking random surveys of some sort.

    Feebay is just a pain.. their always changing their policies so they can nickel and dime people to death. People on this board who live in California .. PLEASE don't vote for Meg Whitman as governor of California.. can you imagine if she was governor and California was run like Ebay?

    Meg hasn't been involved with eBay for a couple of years now.

    It's just a survey that you get once in a blue moon. No big whoop.

    That's funny I live in Socal and was saying the same thing to my wife last night if she Meg Whitman wins taxes will go crazy there will be a special tax added onto everything. She'll add a fee just to live in California, one if you have children, one if you own more than one car etc.

    Happens to me pretty frequently, and I'm always a little ticked off that I have to go through that, then I can leave the ACTUAL feedback.
