Need help identifying a new silver bar.

I just bought a 5 oz silver bar with an eagle holding a flag on the front and APM 999 FINE repeated multiple times on the back. Bought it for $80. Who is APM? Is it a reputable firm? Any collector value?

everywhere around here they want 1.75 over on small bars, so even 20 5 oz bars makes it worthwhile ---------BigE
