What would be a fair price to pay for ASE's?

A friend has some mixed rolls of ASE's that he offered to sell to me. What would be a fair offer? What are dealers paying these days for common date ASE's? Thanks for any help.

Sorry, but he only wants to sell one or two rolls at this time since silver is so low
