That didn't take long, Credit on EBay question
Well I just started to sell coins on ebay in the last couple of weeks. Completed 4 auctions and was satisfied with results.
Then I get an e-mail tonight from a buyer who didn't like the coin he bought. He asked prior to auction ending about condition and I gave him the truth. It was a 93 proof ASE without a flaw, no milk spots, no marks. I was surprised when he said it wasn't what he was expecting.
So my question to you veteren EBay sellers, how do you get a credit for the ebay fees, both listing and final value fees? Same question for paypal fees? I should know the answer to these questions, but I don't. You don't eat the fees do you?
Somehow I see my first neg coming regardless of how I handle this....sigh..
Thanks in advance for any info.

You need to either have the buyer and you do a mutual cancellation or Ebay has another form where you can get a refund that way.
AS for PP if you refund the person his money your fees automatically are refunded to you.
Simply go to ebay and in help type out "how to get my fees back"
Not sure if you get the listing fees I think you just get the FVF.
Hope I helped.
