    It clearly is not original- it has been enhanced- does the enhancement give rise to calling it cleaned within what the market considers acceptable? That seems to be the big question

    I would suggest that is a personal choice and I think most already know what my choice would beimage

    If it is a coin you are interested in - hold out for a better example. I know- its easy for me to say that as I rarely find Canadian that has the look I like. I was lucky today and found a Edward VII Quarter- it looks very close to unc- I think 55 on a bad day
