Paypal refund after having used Ebay Bucks...

Paypal is holding the funds ($20+)...

after requesting a refund from a seller for grossly overgraded cards...

I used the voucher for original payment...plus about .30 cents of my balance...

Has this happened to anyone else?

Will ebay issue me another voucher?

The refund has been pending for 3 days now...

I had to return a card that was mostly bought with eBay bucks and when PP processed the refund, they just refunded the entire amount into my PP account. So basically they issued a full cash refund and I didn't have to worry about a voucher.

I recently returned a video game that was sold as 'brand new' and received unsealed and clearly used. Paid with paypal and the remaining $12 or so in my ebay bucks program which was automatically rolled over into my next purchase following the refund. You should be ok once your refund is released.

If the seller had less money in his paypal account than the amount of your refund, the funds would then be pulled from the seller's associated bank account. That usually involves putting a hold on the refund that usually lasts 3-4 business days based on my experience.

As for whether you'll get back your $.30 plus ebay bucks or all of it in cash, I can't answer.
