TSRC Silver Bar

I just picked up a 10.71 TO .999 silver bar also stamped "TSRC"

For spot, and since its a poured bar, I couldn't pass.

Are these collectable or just silver?

please forgive this horrible pic. Its from a toy camera and the battery is now dead.

old pour silver collectors will buy it. I know when I was getting old pours, I was getting anything neat like the one you picked up. Its not too rare but I expect a small premium though
