Even though they lost the Cowboys did show improvement this season but is that enough to satisfy
Jerry Jones?

If Jones fires Philips then he has to admit he was wrong - i can't see that happening

Phillips will stay but Jones will require him to have a remote controlled stun gun strapped to his junk while on the field. When the Incubus does not agree with a play call Wade will get zapped, thereby signaling him to adjust his thinking.

It should be a great shot on Jerryvision. Phillips flopping around on the turf like a freshly landed cod. An effective motivating tool for halftime speeches I imagine.
