I'm in the mountains of Ben Lomond myself--- never looked for any gold, though. Where are ya looking? What a great haul!

Get up to gold country.... that rain is going to move some dirt and the streams will have some goodies to pan out. Cheers, RickO

I pack my gold master in to hunt the heavy black sand ore deposits and break out the shovel.
Best locations are mother load country in central CA, but S.Cal has some "interesting" ore /placer deposits
in the mountians and deserts. Heading out next week after the rains.
