<< <i>For some reason I thought I heard he refused to sign his rookie cards. Guess I was wrong! >>
He may have had a different stance at some point in his career, but I've seen quite a few legit ones... I know U.D. was insering them in packs a few years ago not sure what the print run was on those though.
I've seen quite a few from his summer camp as well..
Was playing around with the picture: As for the card, I dont think its real. The little tab that folds on the Fleer symbol does not have the two colors as it should. Or might be too hard to see in the image.
All coins kept in bank vaults. PCGS Registries Box of 20 SeaEagleCoins: 11/14/54-4/5/12. Miss you Larry!

I think it's just hard to see, crappy scan...
A thing I alsways look for when looking at a scan is the blue on the side boarders and the blue where his name is... as you can see the 2 blues have a different shade so you can tell them apart.. where the counterfeit the 2 blues are the same and very light at that..
The side border blue should be a hair darker than the name tag blue..
Also the picture is not grainy as the counterfiets...
Here's a side by side with the most common counterfeit (keep in mind there are about 4 different fakes that I know about) but this will give you an idea of what I'm talking about.. Also on the other counterfeit versions there is obvious mistakes too like the boarders being way too skinny etc..
<< <i>Thanks for that info, will be very helpfull down the road.

There's a bunch of other things as well.. notice one has more of the back board showing, the writing is slightly different and then there's the back too which has quite a few flaws..

I never knew about the back board difference either, great stuff. I knew this was no good, now I know why it was not even mentioned in a lot of cards recently won on the bay,

<< <i>Too bad the card has such a dark background the signature isn't very visible. Nice card though. >>
