One thing you guys could post on your FB page would be holidays or other days that the PSA graders aren't working so people know not to count them when trying to calculate how long they'll be waiting for their submissions to come back to them.
It might be fun to also post when someone takes over a top spot on a high-visibility set on the registry - that would be a good promotion for both the new leader and the registry itself. >>
That would be a good idea. I'm not sure if the set registry department tracks that but I can ask. If you are the person that takes over a spot let me know as well and we'll consider it.
Another good idea on posting the days we're closed. I think it is only 8 days a year but it doesn't hurt to post them.
Perhaps you could post some real life auction results that show the value of having your items PSA'd or PSA/DNA'd. Kind of like the ads in SMR that shows the prices realized for the same Ty Cobb ball unauthenticated vs. authenticated. Post some of the prices that the low pop 10's go for in what would otherwise be a card that would be hard to sell for .01.
PSA can and sometimes does add a lot of value or marketability of otherwise mundane pieces. Get people interested in what PSA can do for them by showing the monetary returns.
Carol, maybe another item to have on the Facebook page would be a "congrats" to set members when they get to 100% complete... Kind of like a congrats on your accomplishment...

I decided to follow PSA's lead and build a page for Ripken in the Minors as well. I thought it made sense after meeting someone that ultimately led to a site interview through the site. I hope all of you will join the page and spread the word!

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
