I just wanted to let you know that PSA and PSA/DNA have a page up at face book.
The plan is to update it when the specials come out, new services, articles, reminders about shows we're attending, etc. so if anyone is interested you can search pages for PSA.

I'll be playing Farmville and Mafia with Carol by dinner time
<< <i>get some pics up of the operations team including you >>
Pictures are a little different, the people in them will need to give their ok to have it on the web.
At National I hope to get some pictures of the booth, the show, etc. to load up and give updates daily.
I may do it some of the smaller shows but I'll have to wait and see.

TONS of traffic and VERY high conversion rates are being
reported by EBAY/ecrater stores that use the social sites.
I have been surprised that relatively few sellers are taking
advantage of the opportunities.
It is a little labor intensive, but not too much so.
.......
twitter caution:
Unlike FB and MS, T has not really figured out how to make
much money with their site.
Recently, folks using T to promote services/goods have found
they are being shutdown w/o explanation. T is tempting - due
to eyeball count - but if the setup-work is going to be wiped out,
it is best to put the same effort into FB and MS.

<< <i>I hope you dont have to deal with a lot of farmville requests, God love ya. >>
If they're sending gifts I may have to consider it.
<< <i>Cool!!!! I am dying to see what Carol J looks like!!! I am picturing the "Good Sandy" from Grease...... >>
Much older than high school and a redhead.
Plus I don't use my own photo as my profile- It's a pick of LT bypassing the defense of the Eagles this year- in a Heisman pose no less.

The same concerns I have as well.
I've been looking in to it but it seems to me that it would work really well in a retail situation, our industry is a little different.
I'm personally looking forward to show updates. I think those could be fun.
<< <i>carol, I could upload and tag you in a photo if you'd like. >>
I could put all your ordes in the back of the vault if you'd like!
<< <i>I have none there!! LOL! >>
You will......
<< <i>just became a fan Carol. By the way, I can't get banned from the PSA facebook page can I?
Probably not since you cant post to it!
why have a fan page if the members cannot post?
<< <i>now seriously,
why have a fan page if the members cannot post? >>
Really? Really?
That may change some day but not now, I think this place is good enough.
it has gone over incredibly well.
<< <i>Does this mean we get to see pictures of PSA employees in compromising positions so other forum users can photoshop pictures of them? >>
No.
I probably won't post pics of employee's. The exception to that rule may be the pics from this years set registry lunch.
We post thos on the web so they could go on facebook.

One thing you guys could post on your FB page would be holidays or other days that the PSA graders aren't working so people know not to count them when trying to calculate how long they'll be waiting for their submissions to come back to them.
It might be fun to also post when someone takes over a top spot on a high-visibility set on the registry - that would be a good promotion for both the new leader and the registry itself.
