wow! Nuggets sell for more and if you take it to a B&M store they will pay you more for them. The larger the nugget, the more a premium as large nuggets are not common.
However, ebay would be your best bet. People will pay heavy prices, make sure you have lots of pictures of the nuggets in various angles.
Also sell them separately, not as a large lot.

I believe so. If I were you, I would definitely not send them to the smelter.
