my endeavor for 2010 will be pursuing a date set of Large Cents with counterstamps (1800-1847)

I've been inspired by most of what I have read on this forum. I believe I will have more focus this year instead of being so eclectic in my purchases. My focus will be on putting together a 1947 proof set as that was my birth year. Merry Christmas everyone. Steven

Sound advice, because that is what it REALLY is all about! Take away the fun, take away the friendships and the camaraderie, take away the shows and the good times, take away the sharing of photos and ideas, take away the memories and the thrill of the hunt, take away the knowledge and the experience, and all that is left are little pieces of metal, which might as well be bottle caps at that point. Fun is the summation of all of it. May everyone have fun in 2010!

I'd love to finish my set of Barber Halves in VF and do serious damage to the dime set.

I'd also like to start filling up those Danscos I started on as a kid.... maybe that's what I need to do.
