The second one is a little of a disappointment. I sent Tom Goode a 1965 Topps RC and received 3 cards that weren't mine. I guess there was a mix-up and he sent someone else's cards to me. I will purchase another '65 RC and try him again. I was really looking forward to this one too.
Nice results, but I know it's disappointing to get back different cards than you sent ... ESPECIALLY when you sent them a Rookie.

I always like to check out this show and they're having a bunch of the '72 Dolphins coming in late March. Probably more expensive to go this way but if there is anyone you need, you can go the mail-in route. Dolphins autos Will probably get Griese myself.

4 returns in the last week. My wife's sister and son are staying with us for a week and a half so I haven't had much time to post. They want to do all the touristy things, you know how it is.
Anyway, today I received Mark Dennis 1991 RC back.
3/30 I got back my Rick Volk signed 1971 RC. He played on the Dolphins in 1977-78.
3/29 I received Preston Carpenter's 1957 RC signed. He played on Miami in 1966.
And on 3/27 I got my 1973 RC back from Carl Mauck. He played for Miami in 1970.
This one I was very excited about. I got back my Earl Morrall 1958 RC. He played on Miami from 1972-76 and had a little something to do with the perfect season.
I also received Mark Dennard's 1980 RC back...
...and a 1988 John Bosa.
Yesterday the mailman brought me a 1968 Doug Moreau.

This is my favorite return yet, and possibly ever. I wrote Jim Jensen a letter and told him that I would love to get four cards signed, he replied and said it was no problem. So I sent him the four cards, a check for his trouble and a letter thanking him (along with some questions I had for him).
Today I got back the cards and he answered my questions.
This guy was my favorite player as a kid, he was the guy who did it all.
Here are the four cards. A 1989 Score, Topps, and Pro Set (all of his RC's). Plus a 1984 Dolphins Police set card that pre-dates his RC by five years!
Shawn ... what better TTM to receive than your favorite player when you were a kid. ENJOY THEM!
