It is reported on US Coin Forum that the Mint sold 7200 of the 8,000 authorization in the first four days of sales.

    Buyers should have waited ... if any are left over by Wed. evening...price should drop by $100 on Thursday.

    And tons of returns if Platinum keeps dropping waiting for the new price on the coin IMO.
  • You guys have piqued my interest in this issue. I may just pick one up after all if the price goes down and they are not yet sold out.

    If they officially sell out, why would they bothetr to adjust the price????
