Bullion or Coin Peace Dollar?

I saw a 1$ Peace Dollar today, but it had NO date on it. Were these made as bullion at some point? I searched the Red Book and PCGS site but could not find any information on this coin/bullion. Any info is appreciated.

    did it say 1 troy oz 999 fine silver at the back?

    If so there are many silver rounds that look identical to some actual coins but the front has no date and the back says thats its silver and all that.

    I've seen a morgan dollar one as well as a $20 Saint one, SLQ one, barber quarter one, etc.

    Yep, it does say .999 Troy
