Pretty good day of coin roll hunting!

I had a pretty good day today. Picked up $630 in halves from a bank out of my way on the other side of town. About half of the rolls had a stamp from a local coin store. I didn't even bother looking through those. I figured I probably wouldn't find anything, but there were 6 UGLY 40%'ers that looked like they had been through a fire mixed in. Then I got to a rubber banded group of 5 rolls. Two were Brinks wrapped, but the other 3 were older-looking wrappers. I opened the first one: Solid silver! One other was solid as well, while the last was a skunk. They were all 40%'ers save one 1964 with a filled hole in it. Total take:
1- 1964
46- 40%er's
Not too bad for 30 minutes of work!

<< <i>I would have jumped for joy if I found 91 1964 kennedies in rolls!! >>
Well, it was a bag, but I was still extremely happy.
Here's a picture of the finds from back in '08.

My last roll search was $900 of halves. Not even one 40% let alone 90%.
One score this yr. 3 rolls. 1 all clad, 1 mostly 40% and 1 mostly 90% Kennnedys, Frankies and Walkers.
<< <i>So you can find walking halves in these rolls still? >>
Definitely. I've probably found 4-5 rolls worth so far over the course of a few years. I also have a TON of circulated proofs. Including some silver proofs and even a Franklin.
