After few of our fellow members adviced me to add some Prospectors to my small collection (MKman keeps calling it "hoard" and this makes me proud of it ) I finally pulled the trigger and bought a series of the one ounce round from 1982 to 1987 .
Does anyone of you guys have a link or more info on this rounds?
What are the first and the last year of production?
Did Engelhard produce fractionals every year?
Thanks in advance.

Silver ones minted from 1982 - 1987. Two types for 1984 (Big E and Eagle reverses). Three fractionals in 1985 - 1/10, 1/4, & 1/2.
That's about all I know. Anyone here have gold prospectors? Those are really ! ! !
HH
1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!
Silver .... 1982 thru 1987 in 1 oz. 1/10 - 1/4 - 1/2 oz. made in 1985 only.
........ While NONE of the silvers are "rare" .....
the 1983 1oz is the hardest to find in quantity.... Original rolls of fractionals are found infrequintly...
and the 1/10 oz. is usually WAY overpriced on Ebay.
Gold ..... 1975 & 1976 1 oz. only .... then 1982 thru 1986 ... 1/10 - 1/4 - 1/2 - 1 oz.
....... I think that a LOT of these got melted in the 1979-1980 gold rush.
Platinum ..... 1986 1 oz. only.
Palladium ...... Not that I has seen.
Mintages .... Unknown to me.
