    Cool vids. That piece in the hanover vid 2 seemed a little big for a farthing, though.

    Based on the apparent size in your image (> 1") I'm sure it's a British halfpenny. The division of Britannia into 'BRITAN' and 'NIA' makes it the first issue from the Tower Mint, London (1770-1775). Your variety has a stop (little dot) following 'NIA', but I can't see enough to tell you more. Farthings are roughly half the size. I'm not an expert at all, but that's what I get from my Spink.
