Should I?

My dealer has offered me another 100 oz OPM bar for $1900, about $.50 an ounce over spot as I type.
This is the same bar that I paid $1700 just 3 weeks ago, but that is unfortunately neither here nor there.
Would you buy at this price level, appreciating the relatively low premium out the door no shipping no paypal. Or is it too rich for your blood now?

We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.

Silver at $6 an ounce was a no brainer. I was able to pick and choose, and I'd like to think I chose wisely.
At $9 an ounce it was a bargain. Bought what I could, when I could.
But double a bargain and you're into expensive. And this would have been more than that.
Maybe silver will hit $50 an ounce. Maybe $100. If it does, I'm sitting pretty. If it drops again, I'm down with bigger buys.
Until then, I'll continue to do the prudent thing: steady dollar cost averaging a few hundred dollars a week.
Starting with today's log on the woodpile @ $190:

<< <i>I heard a TV commercial yesterday promoting SILVER over gold.... >>
I just watched a Monex commercial promoting silver on one of the major cable network channels.
That's kinda what I do - save the money until it builds up. When it gets to the point that I can make a meaningful purchase, then I start looking around at what to buy. If it doesn't seem right at that point, I just sit back and wait.
Eventually, I get to the point where I can't stand it, so I pull the trigger. Usually, pricing has much less to do with the decision, and my cash position has much to do with it.
I knew it would happen.
There's no way my local B&M would sell that 10 oz for that price, based on todays spot. I don't think he'd sell me a AMark, or a Apmex for $190 today.
If he did... I know he'd charge me for the sales tax... then say he did me a favor.
Peace.
