I think it's mint set toning like Paul said. I really like this one but I could also see how others may not. Picked it up cheap on Ebay a couple years ago.
I've always been of the opinion that beauty is in the eye of person holding the coin. I love those toned Franklins. I love those blast white Franklins. Every coin sings it's own song and if you can appreciate it for what it is then you'll enjoy the coin a lot more. Cliff

Ah yes, learning another lesson. I learned one this summer at the ANA. Ya' know, it's interesting how us old dogs can still learn new tricks... It must be the beatings.

I think it holds up in the 65 holder , mid to low end.
The tone is not memorable and it's the kind of coin that gets tucked away and forgotten about .
