anyone ever heard of a 1989-P No VDB lincoln cent?

......saw it on a list of "lincoln cents to look out for" on another forum board.

But I found this on Ebay: 1989 No VDB
http://www.collectorscorner.org/pocket.html
Neat page, didn't know about some of the stuff they were saying to check.
Many members on this forum that now it cannot fit in my signature. Please ask for entire list.
........i have that site on my favorites but forgot to check it!
Sort of like the over-polished ones where the vest merges into the field.

.....i e-mailed Charles D. Daughtrey and asked him about this coin and here is his response.

set that has the VDB in very very low relief. It looks like a
hubbing issue since the entire obverse is affected. This die
might have been retired to strike circulation coins and be the
one that lost the initials.
I've seen only a few of these and don't have a good feel for
their incidence (in mint sets). I'd guess it's in the .3% vicinity.
