Two more silver and 1886 IHC today

Went back to the pond where I've been picking up the few pieces of silver. A little slower today, but still managed two silvers - 1946 Roosie and a sterling toe ring. The surprise of the day was the 1886 IHC. Found 100 coins today, and completely skipped over the wheat cents to find the IHC, didn't expect that one at all.

Not sure what the other thing is. Any ideas? Almost looks like some sort of keychain and looks slightly older...

    check the indian for a feather between I & C or C & A coin has good price in book. cheers.

    It looks like it points between C&A , Is it the type 2?? nice finds!

    From what I can see on that IHC, it looks like the feather is between I and C, and is therefore a Type 1?

    It does look like it's between the I and C, so my vote gets type 1
