Well, I had to settle for the one in MS66 (for $125.00). I can't believe the one I wanted went for $449.00! I was snipped out of my $444.44 bid! Dang! Who else wanted this one?
Now, the one I DID win is insert: 21081014. The MS67 is 21081016. Two coins away from mine. Man, I sure hope they look about the same!
Kennedies are going nuts! (I even got snipped out of a 1967 in PCGS MS66 (regular issue) earlier this evening! I don't even 'need' the coin, I just know they're tough in 66 and wanted another one but at the last couple of seconds the bids jumped up 50%+)!

It's almost as if the opportunity has come and gone on the Kennedies as far as pricing. One of the top Kennedy (and Ike) Dealers in the country has double and tripled many prices on these MS67's just within the last eight months.

Kennedy's are on fire officially now. The 98-P is a great date, with very low numbers in MS-67. Up until recently, there were a lot of bargains to be had in the series, but now several serious collectors have discovered the series and are actively bidding on these coins.
Depending on what PCGS does with the Modern 1900-whenever set, I may have a 2001-D in MS-68, population 10, available in the near future.
