Is there a sweeter helmet in football than the Patriots throwback?

I am completely indifferent to the Patriots, but seriously, is there a nicer helmet in football at any level?

    Next year when the Cowboys helmets have logos for Coke, AT&T and Budweiser, THOSE will be the coolest helmets ever.

    How about the Cleveland Browns?

    Solid Orange, sans any logo.

    I also kind of like the lightening bolt design on the San Deigo Charger's original AFL Helmet.

    I like it a lot. Always have. In fact, I tried many times to draw it on notebooks, folders and trapper keepers back when I was in grade school. Never quite looked just right though!!! image

    That old Pats helmet (and actually entire uniform) is the greatest in football - all time - IMHO. I really like the old Bills one too (that they showcased as well on Monday night). But the old school Pats one stands alone as THE best...ever. The 80's 49ers one was top 5 easy as well.

    I liked the old Seahawks helmet and jersey.

    I liked the old Denver Bronco helmet with the "D" logo. Don't care for the current horse at all or the uniforms.

    Man, I used to love filling notebooks and stuff with drawings of helmets, jerseys and logos. When the Bengals switched to the tiger stripes, I thought that was the greatest helmet in the league. Now, I'd probably say the timelessness of the Packers, Bears or Browns helmets. The old Pats is good, too, though I think their redesign is better than the other logos that have been overhauled in recent years.

    I like it too. Reminds me of the "no neck Grogan" era.

    One of my kids has my old "Pat the Patriot" helmet clock radio.

    I always thought that the LA RAMS of the late 60's had the coolest football helmets of all time.
    Dark Navy Blue with the with Ram White Swrirl, if you will.
