Can I send my whites DFX in for service if it is not broken?

My two year warrente expires in two months and I was wondering if I should send it in for the factory to take a look over before the expiration date. Do they charge you for the service if something is or is not broken? Do I pay shipping both ways? I tried calling my local servicer but keep getting voicemail.

    What if they loosened up a couple things, so they'd come loose and then you'd have to send it back and pay for the service in about 2 1/2 months?

    if it aint broken dont fix it comes to mind.
