Is Grant Hill a future HOFer?

Here in Sacramento "we" like to think Chris Weber has a chance for the HOF. I don't think so though.
  • How can Iverson be considered a Hall-of-Fame player when it was proven Billups is far superior?

Billups was the right fit for the situation he was in (both places). Perhaps he is a better team leader. However, he is NOT a more skilled player than Iverson, who is in the top 5 ALL TIME in scoring average. Iverson is a lock hofer no doubt about that. Billups, maybe could be on the list.

Uh, excuse me, but where is JJ Barea's name?
  • When put in virtually identical situations Billups did more to his team win. Twice. That is the exact definition of basketball skill

Why would Dirk Nowitski of the Mavericks be considered a HOF candidate?

I know he can score in bunchs and is a 7'0" player who can shoot from outside and put the ball on the floor.

But his performance in crunch time in the playoffs is not very good. In fact he has disappeared in some playoff series.

Is he the kind of player who makes his teammates better and who is looked to by his teammates to take over a playoff game and make the plays necessary to win the game?

    Same question for Dwight Howard.

He is a beast of a physical specimen who can run and jump like few other men his size. But he is relatively young and to be honest is very raw and unpolished on the offensive side of the ball. He can dunk, but he clearly does not have an offensive game. He may be on his way to developing his offensive skills, but he does not have them yet. I would clearly not put D.H. onto the list of the best players in the first decade of the 21st century, particularly since he missed about the first half of the decade, playing ball in high school and middle schoolimage

What about Wade from Miami?? or is he too injury prone to be considered as having enough years

This has been a knock on Dirk for a long time. Do me a favor and actually take a look at his playoff stats over his career. Sure, he's missed shots at the end of playoff games, but who hasn't? To say he's "disappeared" during an entire playoff series is pretty ridiculous.

I'd probably add Tony Parker to the list. Perhaps Wade.

    Shaquille O'Neal
    Kevin Garnett
    Jason Kidd

    Possible:
    Grant Hill
    Paul Pierce

    Yao Ming
    Dwayne Wade

    Would be nice:

    Too Early:
    Carmelo Anthony
