HUGE COLLECTION ADVICE PART 2

This guy finally pulls out the last of his collection....unopened sealed cases of 87,88,89 fleer basketball and 82,83.84.85.86 sealed fleer and donruss baseball... still had the seals on it from wherever he got it and he never wanted to open them up.....I think they might be all waz pack boxes in there.. there was also like 25 of each basketball set from 87,88 fleers, in small box cardboard boxes...was hoping he sells these as well.. will keep ya posted.....his entire living room is filled with this stuff and helping him has been fun and sort of tiring..

Are they sealed cases or boxes? If they are actually sealed cases then he just hit it big with the 87 and 88 basketball. The other cases are not too shabby either.
  • I will glady take the basketball cases of his hands

The guy collected into the late 90's and has kobe and carter RCs, but he had no idea that his sealed cases from Jordan's second and third year and 25 sets of each were worth mentioning? The second year Jordan was about a $175 card while he was collecting. So his 80's and 90's junk now includes 1,000 Griffey Rookies sealed 87-88, 88-89 Fleer basketball cases and hoards of 25 untouched sets of 87-88 Fleer and 88-89 Fleer Basketball. I would say helping your buddy sell off his box of junk cards has morphed into quite the find over two days and two threads. I do look forward to reading the next thread when he pulls out the 86-87 Fleer Basketball case and the 1,000 Jordan rookies all gem mint.
