Neat 1970-S RPM...Lincoln Memorial

I'm admittedly not much of an RPM guy, but this one is pretty bold and evident?
I think that it is characterized as RPM#1 S/S North...I guess there is and East, West and South as well!

Cool RPM!

Where did you get this round of nice raw Lincolns?
Hoard the keys.

This variety is regularly found in Mint sets. I still kick myself for getting outbid at a live auction years ago, on a group of five sets all of which contained this variety. I lost them to a guy who wanted the 1970-D halves - I would have given them to him for a chance at the RPM cents.

About 12% of mint set coins are the S/ S and they seem much easier
than the small date even though it's at 10%. People have cherry picked
the small date until they're getting really hard to find.

Not mint cellophane. The coin was still in the cardboard 2x2 when I photographed it.
Lucky find at the B&M shop!
