For roughly similar prices (+/- $50), would you prefer an 1883CC GSA in MS-65 or MS-64 prooflike?

ms65 semi-pl is the best choice but w/ no designation is easily your best choice. pl coins that are slabed at 64 usually look like somebody's stomach ulcer
