Must Move this coin! 1848 Russian Rouble NGC MS62

Ok guys and gals a few things have come up which have forced me to move a coin or two from my collection. Instead of trying to move a bunch of smaller coins I'm just going to try and move one of my bigger coins. I have a new son due any time now, transmission in the truck that needs rebuilding, remodeling my current home, and buying another home.. I know that normal rules of the forum are the use the BST thread but I wanted to get this up and in it's own thread to help it move faster. I contacted Heritage (along with several other places) about auctioning the coin and was given an appraisal on the coin. Description of coin:
1848 Russian Silver Rouble. Graded by NGC as MS62. Pictures of the coin are below, aren't the best but good enough.
Asking price is $1500.00.... if you want to make an offer I am willing to take them and will accept the best one. I will say that the first $1500 takes it home as of right now. I'm not into the Russian coin market so I am basing this price on past auctions and several appraisals. Again, reasonable offers will be excepted. If you look at the coin it appears to have some proof-like qualities about it and I even wondered if it was misattributed but again, I'm not the coin expert, they (NGC) are....     I'm sorry I'm not in the market for the coin at the moment, but I do want to wish you luck with its sale as well as generally raising money for the new changes in your life. Congrats on the "blessing" image ; I have two of them now and boy does it rearrange your priorities! Good luck to you.

    I currently have one son, 17 months old, and now a NEW BORN ON THE WAY!!! Doc told my wife today that she should be in labor within the next 3 days.... Lot's of things going on right now!

    We are at the hospital, been here all night, patiently awaiting our new sons arrival...... So.... I NEED TO SALE THIS COIN FOLKS!!! Someone on here must know Russian Coin Collector!! image
