Another class ring returned

I had found this class ring several years ago and had just not gotten it tracked down. It was a class of 85 ring. I contacted the mom through the school and asked if her daughter had lost a class ring back in 85. She said that she had and gave me her cell #. I contacted her ( her mom had told her I would call) and she drove over after work and got it. She had lost it on a cold day in PE. She was the catcher and didn't realize her ring was gone until they got back in the school. The teacher wouldn't let her go back and look for it. She said that her and her boyfriend (now her husband) came back after school for several days but no luck. She had just gotten the ring and had saved her own money for it. She said she cried and cried. Her parents bought a replacement. She was so happy to get it back and she cried then too. Her thank yous made it good enough for me.

LOL,on the pop tabs.i once lost something on a ballfield but it wasn,t no ring!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some of the stories that the owners of the lost rings tell you are really neat. And they can tell you how they lost it almost like it was yesterday.

hey folks pocketpiece found a vintage pocket watch and sent it to me but it was broken and in bad shape.so i traded it for a 1826 capped bust half and now its on ebay under mrgumby66 for sale.the watch was worth about $5 in its condition and now were moving up a little to see how much we can get him for his find.so break open the piggy bank and help a nice guy out.thnx your md friend mrgumby.and bob......
