Man, attack of the pennies today, but this made up for it!

Out of the 64 coins I dug today, 50 were Lincoln Cents! Two were wheats, which helped a little (1956 and 1938). Fortunately this popped out

No markings, but tests Sterling. It's actually half of a buckle. I'll have to go back and look for the other half. Any idea on age?

    Very nice find... have not seen those 'hasp' type buckles in a long time. The other mating piece would 'thread' through it and then lock ... most often seen on women's belts (since they are less functional than men's belts). Cheers, RickO
